Our newest addition, this thoughtfully refurbished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits at the base of the West Mountain Ski Area, which offers winter skiing and year round activities such as mountain biking. Explore area trails (right up the road!), Lake George attractions, the Great Escape, hiking and a convenient place to access all that the region has to offer. Enjoy a relaxing soak in our new HOT TUB on the spacious rear deck, from where you can see the slopes through the trees, across our expansive rear yard. To access the mountain, no need to drive – just walk out the driveway, up the road two doors, and into the parking area! We offer a comfortable living room, two gas fireplaces, dining room, eat in kitchen with beautiful NEW cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. Our largest bedroom features a king cedar log bed and lots of closet space. Bedroom 2 has a queen cedar log bed and single closet, and bedroom 3 offers flexiblity for our guests with a set of cedar twin bunk beds and one additional twin bed. Both baths have tub & shower. Hardwood floors and a warm decor make this an excellent home base! We offer fast wifi service, internet TV, and a full garage for your convenience to use for skiis, bikes or other equipment. Though we have a large newly paved driveway with a convenient parking and turn around area, per town of Queensbury code, we are only able to host 3 Guest cars during your visit. Also, per the Town of Queensbury short-term rental regulations, the minimum reservation time in the summer from May 15 – Sept 15 is 5 days. If you are only able to stay a shorter time frame, we will help you make the reservation and reserve the appropriate additional time between Guests – do not worry, we have you covered!
