This outstanding Lake George rental house was recently renovated with master suite, lots of flexible sleeping options with extra beds to fit your party’s needs and 3 full baths! Central A/C! Large living room with couches, easy chair, 55″ smart TV with Roku to use your favorite streaming services. There is a breakfast table, counter top & bar stool seating in and around the kitchen, a formal dining room, huge kitchen with island and granite counter tops. dishwasher, large refrigerator and oven. First floor living room level bedroom requires no stairs, includes a queen-sized bed and is near to a full bath. Second floor master suite facing the lake offers two rooms and a walk-in closet – one for sleeping with a queen bed, and the other is a reading room with futon couch and lake views to the southeast. The next 2 bedrooms have a queen bed, abundant natural light and a closet. There is another private queen bedroom and a bunk style kids’ room with 4 twin beds, TV and a large walk-in closet. The second floor has two full bathrooms, one with a 5′ shower and the other with a tub & shower combination. Ample parking for the house is directly at the front door, right off Lake Shore Drive. Enjoy the weather, views of the property and pool, and filtered lake views from our new 2nd floor level cedar deck which sets high above the property on the rear of the house looking toward Lake George. Deck includes patio dining set and grill. This Lake George rental home enjoys all of the resort’s amenities on the property. While the home is located at the roadside, and includes a one room office for the Resort that has a separate entrance, and is separate from the house. The home’s modern construction keeps noise to a minimum indoors. Excellent WiFi service! We offer this home as a weekly rental Saturday to Saturday during peak summer season. Off season rentals begin at 2+ nights minimum. Reservations of less than 4 nights are subject to a $195 cleaning fee, which is manually added after reserving online.
