Brant Lake Adirondack Waterfront Chalet

Traditional style Adirondack lake house with direct lake view, beach and dock access located on the east side of pristine and quiet Brant Lake. Two decks overlook the lake! Enjoy our home and the area year round. We have a beach, kayaks, canoes, fire pit all provided. Bring your boat we have a dock! Access to snowmobile and hiking trails, close to Gore Mountain and Garnet Hill XC Ski Center. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths.

The Space

The ground floor level features a bar kitchen and fridge, full bath and a small living area with futon couch. We have a two car garage. At the middle level, we have a galley style full kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove, full bath, a large bedroom with a king bed, bedroom with a full size bed, a stacked washer and dryer closet, and a large deck overlooking the lawn and the lake offering expansive views of the bay and across the lake. The top floor features a bedroom with a full size double bed, a second master style bedroom with a plush futon couch and a deck overlooking the lake and two screen doors for lots of mountain air. A fifth bedroom has a twin size bed, and must be passed through to access the master bedroom.

Guest Access

Our home has a private driveway for parking. Our shared beach and marina is just steps down the road, and there is very limited parking there if you have a member of your party that is mobility impaired. There you will find a small playground, our kayaks and canoe, and a sandy beach. If you plan to bring your boat, please let us know in advance so we can make dock space available to you.

Helpful Information about our Brant Lake Vacation Home Rental

Our home is close to Lake George, Schroon Lake, Bolton Landing & Gore Mountain, as well as Adirondack Extreme Adventure, Rydin’ High ranch and other horse stables. Fishing in the Schroon River. Close to Loon and Friends Lakes, Valentine and Beaver Ponds. We have easy access to the snowmobile trail as well. Enjoy winter fun at Dynamite Hill nearby in Chestertown – snow making, sledding hill, ski/board tow rope, ice arena, XC ski trails – all free! We love the location – Brant Lake is simply one of the best kept secrets in the region. This home sold us at first sight! The water views are expansive, its easy to get to and the beach is just a marvelous place to enjoy the sun and swim. We have a brand new dock system that all of us neighbors pitched in to purchase and build in 2021. Boat access is easy, the fee boat launch is just south down the lake, and from our docks its a quick ride up the lake to watch beautiful sunsets. A little about us, our family of six works in the hospitality industry. We own a nearby cabin / resort property, and while we are considered ‘professional hosts’, this is our family lakefront home that we remodeled in 2021. We love the location and still have our other home here in Brant Lake.

PET POLICY DETAILS-we welcome your closest family friend, but we are strictly limited to one animal under 70 lbs in weight, must have all shots and papers. Guests are responsible for additional pet fee of $195/stay, and responsible for cleaning up after the pet both inside and outside our home. Pets are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and are not to be left alone unattended in the house unless crated – there are no exceptions.
