Ground floor level room offers lodging in Lake George with no steps! This room is tucked underneath part of the living room of our 4 BR/ 2 BA guest house. This is a one room accommodation for two, with a queen bed and a love seat style sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, hair dryer, flat screen TV (cable in Summer, Roku remainder of year). Bathroom has a stand up shower. The décor is Adirondack rustic. Its private entrance is located at the parking area level, and there are no steps up at all from the pavement to the house. There is a small tea table and chairs to two outdoors and a BBQ grill. Please note – guests may be in residence above. Combines well with the full vacation house rental for a 5 bed / 3 bath home.
